We do not negotiate transactions, provide investment advice, broker securities, or act as legal or tax counsel. All parties are responsible for conducting their own due diligence and engaging appropriate professional counsel.

Engagement Terms

All engagements are governed by individual service agreements that specify scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing. These terms supplement but do not replace engagement-specific agreements.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of SilverShore Partners unless otherwise noted. Deliverables created during engagements become the property of the client upon full payment.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential by default. Business owner information is never shared with investors or third parties without the explicit written consent of the owner. Investor information is handled with the same standard of confidentiality.

Limitation of Liability

SilverShore Partners provides services on an as-is basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, transaction completion, or investment returns. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.
